Last night I had itchy feet. I wanted to go out and have some fun. Lisa, however, had a full day at work and only wanted to stay home and sleep. I suppose I could have gone out on my own. Although walking around Newtown alone didn’t strike me as fun so instead I camped out in my bedroom. I flipped on Turner Classic Movies just in time to watch Alfred Hitchcock’s favorite movie, Shadow of a Doubt starring Joseph Cotton, Theresa Wright, Macdonald Carey, & Hume Cronyn. It was great. Joseph Cotton was so menacing. After Shadow of a Doubt, Strangers on a Train came on and I watched it too. Can’t say I enjoyed it as much as the earlier movie but that probably had more to do with me becoming tired. Robert Walker was great and I felt bad knowing that he died two months after the movie was released. He was only 32!

So was upstairs watching Shadow of a Doubt for the first time yesterday and everyone was making too much noise. I don’t have a tv and was really into it. Someday i shall see all of it. I loved it.
You shoulda called me, i would have gone out with you!!!
