Popcorn and wine was my dinner tonight. Right now I’m watching Good Eats because I find Alton Brown fascinating and sexy. I really should just keep surfing through the channels because Lisa and Audra have told me numerous times that I would LOVE the show, Bionic Woman, and I believe it’s on tonight. The thing is, I am hypnotized by Alton Brown. Oh well.

I really wish I hadn’t loaned my copy of Fountainhead to Robert because I really want to read it again.

Tomorrow I have a morning meeting and then in the evening I am going to an awards ceremony. I’m not really looking forward to either event. I think I’ll wear my black wrap dress. This afternoon, right before my train, I ran to CVS and bought pantyhose. Somewhere I read that pantyhose last longer if kept in the freezer. I can’t figure out how that can possibly work. Maybe I should place my nylons in the freezer just to see? I would but I’m feeling pretty comfortable laying here on my futon and watching Mr. Alton “Sexy Forehead” Brown.

Robert’s birthday is coming up soon and I am trying to come up with ideas for presents that measure up to what I gave him last year. It’s hard to top a neon blinking cowboy belt buckle and a skull ring. I have a couple ideas.

Oh gosh, Alton’s been making cobbler on this episode and it’s making me so hungry! A cuppa joe and a warm piece of cobbler– that would taste so good right now. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
