Sometimes I luck out! Last week I cleaned out the pile of mail I had collected over the last week or so. Most of it was credit card offers which I shredded. One of the pieces of mail was my registration information for my car. I separated the contents from the envelope and tossed the envelope into the trash. This evening I remembered that I still hadn’t put the new card into my car or put the sticker on my license plate. I found the card but no sticker. It was then that I realized that the sticker was still in the envelope that I had thrown away! Luckily I never emptied my trash! I was able to go through the my office garbage can and find the registration sticker still in the envelope! Sometimes my laziness is a good thing!
