Max Raabe is performing in PHILADELPHIA this Thursday!! I LOVE MAX RAABE! The last time I was in Berlin, Max was performing and I so badly wanted to get tickets. The friend I was visiting said the tickets were too much money.
“How can they be too much money if I am going to buy them? Don’t worry about the money, I am not often in Berlin and when will I ever have the chance to see Max Raabe again?”
“Okay, I will call and reserve the tickets.”
Days went by.
“Did you reserve the tickets?”
“Nein.”
“Please reserve the tickets.”
“Später.”
“Please do it now, I would do it except I can’t understand the call prompts.”
More days go by
“Have you reserved tickets?”
“Nein.”
“Please, I so want to see Max Raabe and the concert is tomorrow.”
“Ok.”
He dials the phone
“Es tut mir leid Donna, but they are sold out.”
They weren’t sold out this time!

“Oops I Did It, Again” is, alone, worth the ticket price. Very cool music; funny that you’ll be attending this right before Depeche Mode @ Borgata.
I wonder how many people will attend both?
I doubt many people will be attending both concerts– although I could be wrong.
