That was nice. You couldn’t have asked for better weather. We sat on the beach. We walked. We sat on the beach. We walked. It was very relaxing. I would have liked to stay longer but I have so much to do here at home.

This evening after I did a little bit of cleaning of my room, Lisa and I watched the Handmaid’s Tale. It wasn’t nearly as good as I remembered. Of course, back when I originally saw it, I was a card carrying Socialist. Now with my current political bent, the film just struck me as rather silly. Aidan Quinn was nice, though. Real nice.

Lisa is closing in. She wants a puppy. I have a feeling that it will happen shortly. I will come back from Chicago to find a little puppy named Dingo or Lupe or Schatzie sitting on the sofa.

I’ve done a few more iTunes searches and I keep coming up empty-handed. Is my taste really that far out there? I just can’t figure it out.
