I think I will wait until I start working the job before I commit to anything. Although I do want to have my ducks in a row ahead of time. Next item to tackle: iPhone Vs Blackberry

Well, if you go iPhone, you’re pretty much stuck with Always Talking & Talking.
Then again, I’m on T-Mobile, and until recently I had this ancient steam-powered single-band GSM phone the size of a Delco battery.
I’m shopping myself because I need to pick up my work phone. It’s latest corporate mandate to save money – make people responsible for their own phone. We do get reimbursed but they won’t have to worry about lost phones and overages. Plus only half the people who had them now qualify under the new rules.
I’m kind of hooked on my Crackberry so I’ll probably get a new one. I must say the iPhone is slick though. And the 3G network speed is amazing. I tried to get the weather on my BB side-by-side with an iPhone user and while I’m still waiting for the first map, Mr. iPhone is scrolling and zooming.
As for coverage, Verizon seems to have the best all around at least where I am in the hilly exurbs north of NYC.
