I just ate the Chicken Masala for lunch. It reheated well. I was looking around for other Chicken tikka Masala recipes and I found this one. Next time I am craving Indian, I am going to make it. I kinda wish I had just done it right last night rather than going with a Sarah Lee Semi-Homemade recipe. Oh well. At least I learn.

If you go to an “Indian store” you can find the recipes on the boxes of packets of spices: masala, korma, etc. They’ll usually tell you what other spices or ingredients you’ll need (Kewra water, ghee, etc.)
