A 45 RPM spindle adapter is an old fashion device that was used to allow the playing of a 45 record on a regular 33 1/3 record player provided the record player had the ability to spin at 45 RPMs. You see, 45 records had a really big hole versus the little tiny hole that the 33 1/3 record possessed. So basically, I found this little adapter in my underwear drawer. I think it was there because atop my drawer sits my record player; regardless, it was kinda weird and I felt the world should know ’cause that’s the type of gal I am.
Rick
Was it the little plastic single adapter, or the big one that plugs onto the spindle so that you can stack the records?

It’s platic and tubular so you can stack records– I also have those flat ones that you place inside the 45 record hole.
