If you are sending business emails– PLEASE PUT YOUR PHONE NUMBER AND ADDRESS IN YOUR SIG FILE! It makes life so much easier for the people who receive your emails. It drives me insane when I get an email that asks me to call them and I have to hunt for their phone number. Gosh, make it easy for me why don’t you?

Pretty much everyone around my workplace does this, except, um, me. (There’s no reason anyone should call me, anyway; I am somewhere between minion and flunky and have no authority to do much of anything.)
I agree. My other pet peeve is people who mis-publish conference call numbers. Why send me a message with the wrong dial-in number? Happens like every other day.
