I spent the last few days at the farm. Last night I drove home– directly home to my parents’ house. My mom and I plotted out exactly what I would need today. What’s today? Back in July I went to my Cousin Patty’s BBQ and all of us cousins (or at least most of us) made plans to meet Sept 23 at the Donnavilla. So now I am rapidly trying to get my room cleaned! Then I must go to the grocery store and buy food! Most everyone is bringing a dish so that makes my life much easier. Still, I need to get hamburgers and hot dogs and the like.

Tomorrow, I suppose as long as the weather allows, Rob and I plan on going to the shore. There’s festivals and stuff going on so it should be fun. I do hope the weather is nice.

Yesterday evening it started. I was cold. Very very cold. I think we can safely say it’s the start of a new season. Hello turtlenecks and sweaters! Goodbye air conditioner!
