I spent yesterday in NYC. It was the first time I was there in two weeks. The Philadelphia office is close to ready. I believe the one thing missing is furniture. It will be nice working from a true blue office. It might get me more focused. Without a doubt it will help me separate work from regular living. It’s important to have that separation and I rarely have ever had it having almost always worked from home. The commute into Philly is far better than the commute into NYC. I am guessing from door to door it’s one hour. I wish it were less. Regardless it’s much better than the two hours it takes to get into NYC.

Is your new office going to be in downtown Phila?
If so, the wage tax increase (.5% more than you’re paying in Bucks County) + parking/train cost is going to put a small dent in your income.
Looks like you’re going to have to sell more to keep your net pay the same 🙁
That’s life!
