Not U2 played a good concert. I am a fan of the older music since I find it sounds distinctive to me. The newer stuff all sounds the same. Except for that song, Vertigo which reminds me of the Beach Boys song, “Kokomo.” Rob kept telling me, “It’s the same chord progression as Gloria and Sweet Home Alabama and …”
I MUST make a sale today. Or at least find a really good opportunity that has a good chance of closing!
I am looking forward to this evening! PIZZA! I gave Rob a list of topics that he should only broach with the utmost care. He agreed they were topics he would most likely not bring up during dinner. I think it’s going to be a fine night!

The heat wave is over– it’s still a bit humid but a very tolerable 85 degrees. I have no clue how you are able to survive such heat!
If you live your whole life in North Dakota, then
10 below zero is tolerable.
During my teen years and early adulthood I worked summers
on construction sites. I remember watching one guy from
Michigan nearly faint from the heat, while the native Texans
took it in stride. It’s all a matter of acclimation.
But 105 is no fun, and I stay indoors on days like this.
