I had a lovely day yesterday. Ate too much food, but had a great day. I allowed myself to just lay in bed until 9:00. I rarely do that but I really felt like I needed it. At 11:00, we went to Goodnoe’s for brunch. Goodnoe’s is a local diner/restaurant that has been in Newtown ever since God created the earth. Some say day 3, others say day 4. I ordered Belgium waffles with Graham Finale ice cream and scrapple. It was yummy. Goodnoe’s is closing on Labor Day this year and so we decided we needed to go there for one last meal. It’s sad they are closing. That Graham Finale ice cream was incredible!
Yesterday afternoon, after brunch, I went to my Aunt Helen’s house for a BBQ. My cousins David and Dionne and Benji and Grace were there! Benji and Grace were beside themselves seeing Bobo. They love him to bits. Luckily Bobo was very well behaved. We are still welcomed back, I think.
On Friday, my match.com date went well. There was one point where I considered leaving because the guy freaked me out a bit but I decided to let it pass. Sometimes I overreact because I have had such bad experiences and I am prepared for the worst. On the other hand, I tend to overrate mediocre dates based on my prior horrific experiences. If the guy shows up on time and wearing a shirt, I am beside myself with glee. Regardless and despite the minor freakout comment, I liked this guy and would like to get to know him better. The thing is, he hasn’t called me since the date which makes me think I might not have faired nearly as well in his eyes. Oh well. That’s the way it goes. I will continue to blame the rejection on the size of my breasts and not my sparkling personality.

Mental note: Buy shirts.
Re: the last sentence-personality match with a stanger is going to be a crapshoot. Regarding the other, take it from a guy; you’re tall and slender and very attractive because of it; everything is appropriately sized. 🙂
boobs are boobs…
I do not think size matters, as long as you have any….
