Oh my gosh it was so yummy! This was the first year in a very long time that I didn’t help my mom prepare supper. I don’t know how that worked out since I had every intention of assisting but oh well. In addition to the meal, I must have ate about 3 pounds of chocolate and peeps. I shall sleep well tonight.

After supper we called Lenka! It was so nice talking to her. My mom got all choked up. We miss her so much. When she was here it was like having a third sister. Regardless, it’s for the best that she is back with her family in Slovakia. I think she is happier there.
