I am washed and dressed and ready to go back to bed, er, I mean work. It’s getting better. I am becoming more comfortable. Next week I go to Dallas for a series of classes and seminars that should get me more knowledgeable about the product and industry. Fingers crossed.
It’s raining outside. It’s cold outside too. I can just tell. Spring, Spring! Come back, Spring!

I live in the Dallas area. What type of industry are you in now?
The weather here has been perfect.
The first 2 weeks of April and last 2 weeks of October almost make up for the 5 months of
hellish temperatures from May through Sept.
I am selling softare and consulting services.
The weather here is slowly picking up but it just always seems to be in the extremes. It’s either too cold or too hot, the in between doesn’t stick around long enough.
For the long-range forecast for Dallas, look at

The trees are starting to blossom now, and the bradford pear trees are beautiful (but for only a couple of weeks).
Good luck with that new position. I’m guessing your employer might be either in Irving, Plano, or Richardson, Texas. Richardson was well-known for its “Telecom Corridor” (a portion of US Hwy 75 north of I-635) until the tech collapse early in the millenium.
If you need suggestions on where to eat, shop, or entertain yourself, let me know. I know this area like the back of my….uh, hand. I’m especially well-versed on Mexican cuisine, barbeque, and steaks (like who isn’t in Texas?)
It snowed yesterday. No accumulation though.
