We moved Bobo’s crate from the kitchen to my office since that is where he tends to spend most of his time. One could argue, that is where I spend most of my time and little Bo is my Siamese twin. At any rate, since the move, Bo goes in the crate on his own volition. He likes it as long as the door is open. If I close the door to the crate, he is okay as long as I sit with him but as soon as I start moving around the house he wants OUT!
Today I am going to lock him in and then leave the house. I am going to only be gone an hour and I will leave my spycam on to record him. I hope he is okay. I tell you, little Bo is a free bird! And this bird you cannot change! Well, let’s hope we can at least train him.
Good luck with the crate, I think it’s the best way for him. What kind of spy cam do you use? Does it activate off motion? I’d appreciate the info. Thanks.
I believe in the crate concept, but I think the
one you have is too small. Your dog would have
a greater sense of freedom in a larger crate.
(I’ve crated two dogs of my own, and they like
space)
