I had a very nice evening last night. The food was delicious! I did a fabulous job boiling those packets of aloo mutter tiki masala stuff and frying the ready made bread. This morning I drank the leftover Mango Lassi, it tasted even better than it did last night.

After dinner I modeled the Bridesmaid dress for Audra and Steve. I think they were very happy with it. Audge admitted that her sister and mother are upset they weren’t included in the decision to buy the dress. Her sister is also worried that it’s not going to fit. I told Audra to tell them to think of it as material. Have the dress tailored. If Erin wants little straps, a tailor can tack some on. Even after the tailor works her magic, it is still going to cost considerably less than if we bought a bridesmaid gown at David’s or anywhere else for that matter.

I have to get over to Joe and Judy’s house. I am walking their Bichon Frises, Lady and Bear, while they are away this weekend.

Yes, unfortunately Wendy’s gown was reasonable and even after all the alterations it was still moderately priced for a bride’s gown. The Bride’s Maid gown was difficult to find and still quite pricey (350ish), fortunately there was only one bride’s maid. (I did splurge with the gifts though, she got a custom set of pink pearls to match her dress and the brides dress… not exactly low cost.

I’m sure everything will look wonderful.
