Audra, Lisa, and I went to David’s Bridal this morning and shopped for wedding dresses. We found two that really suited Audra although neither were purchased. The dresses were between 350 and 600 dollars. I can’t imagine paying that much money for a dress that will only be worn once. Looking at the dress that cost 350.00 I thought, this dress is equal to 3 1/2 RAZRs. I still have no perspective.

I was VERY lucky to have Wendy find a dress she liked at David’s Bridal. It was about 450, which is VERY low cost for a wedding gown. Unfortunately she modified the dress to the tune of about 1000 dollars (*light pink pearls added, and the usual fitting etc.*).
What blew me away was all the accessories, which cost a fortune. Gloves, shoes, dancing shoes, purses, veils, head dresses, hair clips, etc. etc. I EASILY spent another few hundred on junk like that…. And don’t get me started on the wedding jewerly, BUT I do have to say I also went wild with it and it turned out beautiful!
