It never fails. I make a small pot of coffee, just enough to give me two cups and Lisa decides she wants a cup. Next thing I know, the pot is empty and I can’t get my refill. The next day, I make a big pot of coffee, enough for Lisa and me. This time Lisa doesn’t want any coffee and I end up throwing away at least two cups of perfectly good coffee. It’s like she knows whether I make a small or big pot. Sure, I could ask her if she wants any coffee but she is never up at the time I am making the coffee and I can’t wait for her.
If I want more coffee, I am just going to have to make another small pot.
