   Well, every now and again, it’s refreshing to discover that my writing resonates with a cast of strangers.

   Your extreme headline, vis-a-vis Estelle Getty (who, for the record is 82) is misplaced, though in deference to you, perhaps I could have been more subtle in my characterization of the “older woman experience”.

   To my original premise, consider these well-known women:

   Sharon Stone – Age 47
   Michelle Pfeiffer – Age 47
   Cassandra Peterson – Age 54
   Lynda Carter – Age 54
   Caren Kaye – Age 54
   Erin Grey – Age 55
   Connie Chung – Age 59
   Stephanie Powers – Age 63

   I’ve chosen to name famous ladies, purely as a point of reference. Surely, most readers are familiar with women of similiar age who are more beautiful than ever (rich and famous, or not).

   I’d immagine, given the right circumstances, most male readers of this blog would enjoy the company of at least one of the ladies named, above, or someone they personally know, of similar age.

   Donna, you most definitely have a certain je ne sais quoi about you; me thinks thou doth protest too much.
