I thought I needed to be here in Chicago today but I really could have stayed home and left this evening. Tomorrow is the big day, two presentations. The one presentation I spent days working on only to find this afternoon that everything changed and I had to completely change focus. Grrrrr.

This morning, I felt autumn. That sounds so strange but I could just feel summer retreating. The breeze, the sky, the clouds. As much as I dread the thought of winter, I look forward to fall. It’s my favorite season.

I’ve been here one whole day and I can’t wait to go home.
