Dear Donna

I really need to clean my bedroom. And do my expenses.

Last night Lisa and I went to Super Marshalls. Lisa bought a ton of pretty things. I, on the other hand, spent most of the time pacing outside the store on my cell phone. Damn Pacific Time Zone conference calls! As Lisa was checking out, I found a pair of white pants that had a black stripe going down the outside leg. It looked like something Mrs Emma Peel would wear. I may find myself back there this evening.

Reading Dear Abby yesterday, I wondered if she contacts the letter writers with her response shortly after receiving the letter or must the person wait until the column is printed to get Abby’s response? The column I read, the writer seemed to require an immediate answer. Back when Ann died, I remember her column kept running for months after her death. Those columns were just stockpiled. It must be terribly painful waiting to hear back from Abby especially if the issue is time sensitive. Of course, one would think that by now people would already know how Abby will respond. A. Go to counseling and if your husband/wife/etc won’t go with you, go without them B. Open you mouth and tell him/her/them what is bugging you.
