I really need to change my food intake. Disregarding Sundays when my Mom plies me with her wonderful food, I eat:
Cottage Cheese
Pickles
Medium Boiled Egg
Orange Creme Flavored Fiber Tablets
Yogurt, sometimes
Triscuits, sometimes
Fruit, sometimes
Chicken, sometimes
Coffee, Tea, Water, Grapefruit Juice, Perrier
Occasional TV Dinner
And that’s about it. The last week I ate Nutella because John Beck gave it to me, but that is an aberration.

Have you considered that your diet might contibute to your tiredness, soreness, and inability to sleep????????
Yeah– and that’s the reason I ate a hoagie last night for dinner.
Actually…you’ve got all the food groups in there…I think.
Triscuits (and fiber tablets?) = Cereals
Fruit and pickles = Fruit and Vegetables
Chicken and eggs = Meat
Yogurt and cottage cheese = Dairy
I guess it just depends on if you’re getting the right proportions of them a day, and while you’re taking the fiber tablets, I hope you’re popping a good multi-vitamin too. I take SUPER WOMENS FORMULA! The only side effects are that sometimes lasers involuntarily shoot out of my eyes, and I have an overwhelming urge to retrieve the Omegahedron.
