Twilight’s Destiny by Lily Revere

I didn’t want to wake up this morning. Finally I threw myself out of bed and crawled outside for my morning walk. I staggered around the neighborhood for about 5 minutes before I headed back to the Donna villa. I made a pot of coffee and took a shower. Now it’s time to work.

Last night Lisa told me about a great idea she has for us to make some extra money. She feels we can be romance novel writers. “Donna, I have read about 2,000 romance novels and I know the structure of the story! Believe me, we can do so much better than some of the crap that’s out there!”
“Lisa, I have never read a romance novel, unless you count the Sweet Valley High books.”
“That’s what makes us a great partnership! I provide the background and foundation, you provide us with a new viewpoint!”
“I don’t know, Lisa. It seems like a long shot.”
“But I already have our nom de plume chosen: Lily Revere! I’d read a book by a woman named Lily Revere!”
“I don’t know”
“C’mon let’s just give it a shot and then we can worry about getting it published.”
“Well, if we get it published, I want Fabio on the cover.”
“Donna, he doesn’t pose anymore”
“I’m sure he would if we asked him nicely”
“Wouldn’t it be funny if Fabio did agree to pose for our novel’s cover and it turns out he is actually your soulmate and all this time you wasted on eHarmony and you reallly should have been writing romance novels?”
