I walked twice as far as usual this morning, trying to work off some of the calories from last night’s dinner at Delorenzo’s. Once I get started, I simply can’t stop. I think I must have devoured about 5 slices of pizza. If that wasn’t enough, I went home and ate 1/2 a bag of toasted coconut covered marshmallows. Bye bye Diet!

If you were tightening your powerhouse while you ate…only count a quarter of the calories.
