Hail Bobo!

I didn’t get home until after 1am! My plane was late late late and then we got stuck on the tarmac in Chicago waiting for takeoff. I thought I’d never get home. In fact, the trip back from the very beginning was painful. I couldn’t hail a cab to take me to the airport for the life of me. Cabs would stop and as soon as I said, “Airport” they’d shake their head no and take off. Just as I was trying to remember the nearest CTA stop, a cab picked me up. No more complaining, I got home safely.

Yesterday was Bobo’s first day at Obedience School! Lisa said she felt she was the one being trained more than Bobo. One of the things she needs to do this week is teach Bobo to look at her when she speaks. On the ride back she showed me how she says, “BOBO!” and then points at her face. Bobo doesn’t look. Not yet at least. Lisa is patient so I am sure she’ll have him paying attention in no time.
