There is so much I could be doing but I am not. Going through my mail, straightening my closet, cleaning my desk, doing my laundry but instead I sit here staring at the computer screen. Lisa made Chicken Reshmi Kababs from the recipe Web site I posted earlier. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good either. Mainly, it was bland and tasted like meatloaf but with some Indian spices mixed in. Even though I am full, the meal didn’t satisfy me and I keep scavenging for food. It doesn’t work here since we keep the refridgerator empty. So I just keep opening the kitchen cabinets hoping something might appear.

Tomorrow I leave for Chicago but it is only a day and a half trip. Not bad at all.
