Grrrrrrrrrrrr

I am so tired and I feel beat up. Of late it seems like everything just keeps getting worse. I am really trying hard to not let anything affect me.
In the morning I don’t want to wake up. But I do. This entie week had me driving for tomorrow. Why? ‘Cause I go home. Now I sleep.

    You’re on a merry-go-round. You need to get off
    and smell some roses. Take a cooking class,
    or start meditating, or do some volunteering.
    Change your routine.
    Don’t worry about things that you can’t control or
    change. GET MORE EXERCISE. Let me emphasize that…
    doing aerobic exercise will release some endorphins
    into your brain…you will feel better.

    Again, I suggest just going out and looking around. Maybe even go out for some dance lessons.
    There is a Fred Astaire dance school close to you and then after that there is a Chicago Dance (its a little bit farther out). Anyway like mentioned above this goes a log way to feeling better, getting out and enjoying yourself. Take it easy and don’t work too hard.

    Relax….grab a beer, kick off those shoes, crank up some of your favorite tunes, fire it up, and enjoy. Life is too short to stress, enjoy it, that’s why God gave us his best gift Marijuana. Peace
