Mom served baked ziti and meatballs. Dessert was fruit salad and brownies. After lunch, my dad and I sat outside and tag teamed a crossword puzzle. My mom and I then went shopping. We found some great sales at Macy’s. Back home I sat down on the sofa with mom and we flipped through some TV channels. “I gotta go, Mom. I have my expense reports to do… wait, stop that’s Don Ameche… and Betty Grable!” Next thing I know we are watching Down Argentine Way. What a GREAT movie! They don’t make’em like that anymore.
