I have spent the last few days knitting the Jen’s Poncho from Sally Melville’s book, The Knit Stitch. My knitting is getting pretty good; I have 43 rows of 48 stitches completed. As I was proudly showing my hard work to my mother, she pointed out that you can see a color difference which mean the skeins that I’ve been using are from different dye lots. How I didn’t notice this is beyond me. Now I have to figure out what to do. Do I try to make it look like a pattern or do I just say, to heck with it? ARGH!
Do you have trouble making decisions?
Hmmm, well, I would have to say, yes and no.
What I should do:
1. Clean room
2. Catch up on my email correspondence
3. Clean bathroom
What I most likely will do instead:
1. Knit
2. Watch TV
3. Eat cookies
4. Walk aimlessly
5. Drink beer
