But I vividly remember the video for “Sowing the Seeds of Love,” where he had longer, frizzy hair, and “Woman In Chains” with the stripper in an abusive relationship..that might be getting into the 90s though.
This one came before Sowing the Seeds of Love. The other songs they had right around this time were Shout! and Everybody wants to rule the world. It’s funny, right around when you got cable I lost my privilege to watch TV and so I never saw the Sowing the Seeds of Love Video. DAMN MRS GIBSON FOR GIVING ME A C IN MATH CLASS!!!! She’s the cause of that huge gap in my pop culture knowledge.
