I am so angry! Last year I bought a HP notebook. I clearly remember the salesman telling me it had Lightscribe technology. I recall seeing it on the specs. The laptop even has Lightscribe software installed on it. You see where I am going with this, don’t you? This morning I went to Staples and bought some Lightscribe disks for 27.00. I burned the DVD, turned it over to do the Lightscribe AND… nothing. It’s telling me it doesn’t have any Lightscribe capable drives.

What the heck is going on?

I have spent two hours on chat with their Indian Techs and they tell me that it’s not that it’s not working, it’s that IT’S NOT THERE. My laptop doesn’t have that type of drive installed. HOW COULD THIS HAVE HAPPENED? Bait and switch?

I am so confused. I am so angry.
