When watching Streets of Fire: A Rock and Roll Fable, do not compare boyfriend to Rick Moranis. Do not say, “My little Rick Moranis!” Apparently that is insulting. Male preference is comparison to Michael Paré. Use, “My big, strong Michael Paré” instead.

That’s so funny you say that ’cause as we were watching it, right before my blunder, Rob said, “That sounds like a Meatloaf song” and I said, “JIM STEINMAM DEFINITELY!” The more we listened to the first one the more it sounded like “I’m Holding on for a Hero” — Did Jim write that one too?
