I am waiting on my room service meal. Oriental Chicken Salad. This afternoon I had Mediterranean Chicken Salad and last night for dinner I had Walnut Chicken Salad. Variety is the name of my game!

I have so much work to do tonight! I don’t even want to think about it. If only I could avoid it but tomorrow I have to be prepared.
