I am a believer

The books I ordered from Amazon haven’t arrived yet: Men Are Like Fish: What Every Woman Needs to Know About Catching a Man and How to Make Someone Love You Forever! In 90 Minutes or Less.
And yes, I do already own a book called How to Make Anyone Fall in Love with You. The one I just ordered is How to Make Someone Love You Forever! In 90 Minutes or Less. I am getting older and I need to hurry things up and I think this book will help. There are a ton of books just like it sitting on my bookshelf. They each helped a little bit. I figure I will either finally gain enough knowledge to attract a man OR if enough time passes, I will eventually bump into my soul mate. Here are all the books I have on dating on my bookshelf:

FINE ART OF FLIRTING — by Joyce Jillson
How to Make Anyone Fall in Love with You
— by Leil Lowndes
Fifty ways to find a lover: Proven techniques for finding someone special by Sharyn Wolf
Intelligent Woman’s Guide to Dating and Mating by Albertq Ellis
What Smart Women Know — by Steven Carter
Healing Love Through the Tao: Cultivating Female Sexual Energy — by Mantak Chia
Guerrilla Dating Tactics: Strategies, Tips and Secrets for Finding Romance — by Sharyn Wolf
Women Who Date Too Much (And Those Who Should Be So Lucky : a Guide for Singles in Search of Significant Others) by Linda Sunshine
Sexual Chemistry: What It Is, How to Use It — by Julius and Bernstein (This book told me I am a sexual anorexic!)
Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus: A Practical Guide for Improving Communication and Getting What You Want in Your Relationships — by John Gray
Men: An Owner’s Manual by Stephanie Brush
The Rules(TM) : Time-Tested Secrets for Capturing the Heart of Mr. Right — by Ellen Fein, Sherrie Schneider

Donna! You don’t need a book, or techniques for someone to fall in love with you, They will love you because you are YOU!
PS. Call me when u are in town and lets hang out!

    Oh dear. Some observations:

A while back I saw John Gray in passing on one of those programs PBS runs during “begging week”. I thought he had about the same credibility commenting upon male/female interactions as Janet Reno would have in commenting on beauty tips. He is, not to put too fine a point on it, a wuss.

Not sure what a “sexual anorexic” is supposed to be except that it sounds vaguely uncomplementary.

This trend in your reading is unsettling. Can boiling bunnies be far behind?
