I prefered Heather Locklear although she couldn’t sing. Some might argue that Heather couldn’t act, either, but who cares? Name one popular “artist” these days who actually “sings”. If you answer “Britney Spears” you get an all expenses paid vacation to Metarie, Louisiana (and a dunce cap)

One of my guilty pleasures is that I really like the Go-Go’s. I have several of their CD’s, including ones with some of their more punk influenced tunes.
Belinda Carlisle was attractive even when she was pudgy, but almost every picture I’ve seen of her since she lost weight has been really heavily photoshopped/airbrushed. I saw a video snippet of her being interviewed on a tour a couple of years ago and it was apparent she has begun the inevitable descent into haggage. Hopefully she won’t resort to plastic surgery and go through the rest of her life looking like a female version of Jack Nicholson’s Joker. I don’t know if you’ve seen Debbie Harry being interviewed in recent years, but the effect of her plastic surgery isn’t particularly pleasing when viewed at close range.
