I did performance reviews today. There are 3 still left to do. I’ll get them done tonight– I hope. Work has me all twisted up inside. I should know better. It doesn’t pay to worry or get upset until something to worry or get upset happens.
Friday I go home. Earlier than usual in fact. It will be lovely getting in before midnight.

Yes, don’t worry about work. I used to worry a lot for work. It was only until I realized my boss was a complete jerk who cared nothing for using up his people until I just let all the stress go. Then fortunately I started cultivating my hobbies (*latin/smooth dancing, racing cars*) and then starting to complete my PhD. Anyways take it easy and DO NOT work too hard. OK?

Actually, sometimes these are a little more interesting than daily commentary. You know, a picture is worth a 1,000 words kind of thing. I see that tonight you opted for a beer w/dinner. Is that a Michelob Ultra? Bleagh!

It’s not a unitard– just a black shirt and dark gray wool pants. I did opt for a beer– it’s a Miller Lite, not my beer of choice but at least it calms the nerves after a hard day.
I too am kind of enjoying the daily dinner in bed pic– I may make it a regular feature! 🙂
