I am madly trying to get ready for Vegas. I was certain I had a copy of Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance. A few years ago I unsuccessfully attempted to read it. Coach Opp recently suggested it and I thought it would be something I can do on the flight to Vegas. Oh well, I guess instead I will read How to Make Anyone Fall in Love with You and do crossword puzzles.
Last night Lisa and I went to the Petrush’s house to take care of little Mieux and then we watched The Cat People. Years ago I watched it on Channel 17’s Up All Night Movieathon. I remember it being extremely disjointed. Apparently the film was heavily cut so most of the story had been lost. Darn that Nastassja Kinski for having to walk around naked so much! The uncut version wasn’t much better. I think there must be a 4 hour cut around somewhere.
So much to do. I am not looking forward to sitting on an airplane for hours and hours. I am not looking forward to working a trade show for days. Hopefully I will be able to catch a Trent Carlini Show. FINGERS CROSSED (and toes too!)

I say go to see “O” and maybe Stomp or the Blue Man Group. It should be somewhat fun AFTER the trade show. You never know, take it easy and don’t work too hard.

My friend made me suffer though the last twenty minutes of “The Hotel New Hampshire” (based on the John Irvin book.) I mention this because Miss Natassja Kinski was in the film as a mentally ill girl in a bear suit who thought she was too ugly to look at…..but she had sex scenes galore. She must have been pretty popular back in the day!
