I left yesterday. I wonder what I might have found on my nightstand last night had I not checked out? The world will never know.
It feels good to be home. The house was spick and span. Lisa had a couple friends over for dinner the other night and she really got the house in order for them.
The problem with Fridays is I am so excited to be home that it is hard to get myself into workmode so I can actually work from home.
At the airport last night, I ate dinner. After dinner I started to get the yen for a piece of chocolate. There was a little newspaper kiosk right near me and they had candy. I’ve been so good the last few days. My food intake was really moderate and quite healthy. And when was the last time I actually ate chocolate? Gosh, I can’t even remember! I am going to buy a Chunky bar! Wait! I ate chocolate-covered strawberries and a chocolate-dipped apple just the other two nights! WHAT AM I THINKING!!!!! I stopped myself. Instead of gorging on a Chunky bar that would make me chunky, I went to the gate and waited for boarding.
My name is Donna and I am a chocoholic.

Everybody: HI DONNA!
Resident 12-stepper: Donna you have taken the First big step! Admitting your problem. ….
Anyways it just gives me an excuse to always say…” want some Candy little girl?” LOL.
Take it easy and don’t work too hard.

It’s okay. I need to direct you to the Hershey Chocolate Cake Recipe on the Net, one of the best available.
But what I’d really like is a nice honey-toned Yingling beer..drink one for me……
Will do! Heck I do it almost every weekend! This one’s for Gaby!
Now we’re talking – BEER! Listen, if anyone is in the Bethlehem, PA area, I highly recommend the Bethlehem Brew-works. They have a seasonal pumpkin ale that is killer! Not an over-the-top pumpkin flavor, but a nice, subtle after taste. You can even take jugs of it home! Happy Halloween! I LOVE this holiday!
